Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 32 Crowes Purchase Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2011
, Map 23 , Parcel 215 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 15542 , Page 137 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Crowe’s Purchase in West Yarmouth, Mass. for Stonegate, Inc.”, Lot 7 dated February,
1960 , and recorded on the Plan Book 155 Page 51 .
The engineered plan prepared by Ronald J. Cadillac, PLS, RS, PC , dated February 16, 2012, approved by the Health Department on March 1, 2012 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
