Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health for a deed restriction, 33 Hatch Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2012 , Map 89 , Parcel
27. As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate # 170176 and Document # 934967.
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Plan 31209-D, Sheet 3, Lot 12, Barnstable Survey Consultants,
Inc. , Surveyors and dated October, 1970.
The engineered plan prepared by CSN Engineering , dated October 27, 2012 approved by the Health Department on November 16, 2012 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 )
per design restrictions, Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
