Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 34 Captain Stanley Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2008
, Map 67 , parcel 159 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 23134 , Page 145 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of a Portion of Captains Village, South Yarmouth, Mass., Lot 398”
dated December 17, 1970 , and recorded on the Plan Book 249 Page 111 .
The engineered plan prepared by Sweetser Engineering , dated July 11, 2008, Revised October 1, 2008, approved by the Health Department on November 18, 2008 , requires a
maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
