2004 , Map 24 , parcel 28 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 1463 , Page 829 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Crowell Pines” dated August, 1938 , and recorded on the Plan Book 58
, Page 25 .
The engineered plan prepared by Ronald J. Cadillac, PLS, RS , dated April 4, 2005 , approved by the Health Department on May 4, 2005 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.212, Separation to Groundwater Variance
