Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 34 Lyndale Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2005
, Map 25 , parcel 239 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 13458 , Page 62 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Land in Bass River Yarmouth, MA for Philip Arthanas et al” dated October
11, 1951 , and recorded on the Plan Book 103 , Page 43 .
The engineered plan prepared by Thomas McLellan, P.E. , dated November 4, 2005 , approved by the Health Department on December 2, 2005 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203, Sewage Flow Design Criteria
