Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 35 Harvard Street , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2011 , Map
88 , Parcel 168 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 7987 , Page 159 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Fleetwood Park in South Yarmouth, Mass. for Interstate Realty Trust”, Lot 35 dated
June, 1962 , and recorded on the Plan Book 172 Page 1-F1 .
The engineered plan prepared by Eagle Surveying, Inc. , dated May 19, 2011 approved by the Health Department on May 27, 2011 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
