, parcel 58 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 24583 , Page 2 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Pine Ridge” Subdivision Plan of Lane in South Yarmouth, MA for Annsil, Inc., Lot
40 dated July, 1963 , and recorded on the Plan Book 179 Page 89 .
The engineered plan prepared by R. J. Cadillac, R.S., P.L.S., P.C. , dated July 22, 2013, approved by the Health Department on July 26, 2013 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
