. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 25020 , Page 95 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in West Yarmouth made for James P. Ruhan, Et Ali, Scale
1” = 100’, Boston Survey Consultants, Inc., 608 Main Street, West Yarmouth, MA.” Lot 24 dated March, 1968 , and recorded on the Plan Book 220 Page 149.
The engineered plan prepared by Ronald J. Cadillac, PLS, RS, P.C. , dated January 24, 2013 approved by the Health Department on January 28, 2013 , requires a maximum,
