NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTION

Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 36 Mayflower Terrace , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2018 , Map
110, Parcel 34. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 22671 , Page 114 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Knob Hill Shores, Yarmouth, Massachusetts, for Ralph Kelley, owner-developer” Lot
66 dated June 14, 1947, and recorded on the Plan Book 79 Page 101.
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering, Inc. , dated Revised January 5, 2018 approved by the Health Department on January 8, 2018 , requires a maximum,
not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
