As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in West Yarmouth, Mass. as surveyed for and designed for
Cape Realty Trust by Crowell & Taylor, Corp., Denis, Mass. Scale 1”= 100’ “ Lot 82 dated March, 1971 , and recorded on the Plan Book 249 Page 142 .
The engineered plan prepared by Meyer & Sons, Inc. , dated Revised November 17, 2013 approved by the Health Department on November 19, 2013 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
