NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTION
RESIDENTIAL
Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 37 Wampanoag Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2015 , Map
33, Parcel 354. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 4933 , Page 49 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Pilgrim Acres in the Village of South Yarmouth, Mass., Property of Arthur D. Fuller
and Walter N. Latimer” Lot 1 Section E dated March 24, 1945, and recorded on the Plan Book 75 Page 27.
The engineered plan prepared by DMG Associates , dated Rev. December 1, 2015 approved by the Health Department on December 2, 2015 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.203, Sewage Flow Design Criteria
(b)Title 5, Section 15.405, Maximum Feasible Compliance, Groundwater Variance
