Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 39 Antlers Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2007 , Map 78
, parcel 183 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 4649 , Page 002 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Subdivision of Land of Eldridge F. & Salva Shaw in Yarmouth (South) ”, Lot
38 dated August 20, 1954 , and recorded on the Plan Book 117 Page 17 .
The engineered plan prepared by Yankee Land Survey Co., Inc. , dated May 26, 2007 , approved by the Health Department on June 28, 2007 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
