Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 40 Deacon Street , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2007
, Map 79 , parcel 160 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 19332 , Page 217 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Subdivision of Land of Alexander C. and Myrna C. Todd in So. Yarmouth, MA
by Newell B. Snow, Eng.” Lot A8 dated April 30, 1958 , and recorded on the Plan Book 148 , Page 95 .
The engineered plan prepared by TD Consulting , dated December 12, 2007 , approved by the Health Department on January 11, 2008 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
