Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 42 Browning Avenue , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2010 , Map
88 , Parcel 132 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 9258 , Page 274 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Fleetwood Park in South Yarmouth, Mass. for Interstate Realty Trust, Lot 16 dated
June 1962 , and recorded on the Plan Book 172 Page 1 .
The engineered plan prepared by CSN Engineering , dated September 9, 2011, approved by the Health Department on September 21, 2011 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a)Title 5, Section 15.203, Sewage Flow Design Criteria
(b)Title 5, Section 15.114, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
