2004 , Map 78 , parcel 317 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 14925 , Page 317 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Regional Heights Section 1” dated October 22,1972 , and recorded on the Plan Book
151 , Page 75 .
The engineered plan prepared by Edward E. Kelley, PLS , dated Revised August 4, 2004 , approved by the Health Department on August 18, 2004 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed One ( 1 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
