Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 43 Joyce Street , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2009 , Map 78
, parcel 224 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 11944 , Page 111 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Subdivision of Land for Alexander & Myrna C. Todd, South Yarmouth”, Lot
E-4 dated April 30, 1958 , and recorded on the Plan Book 148 Page 95 .
The engineered plan prepared by Engineering Works , dated May 26, 2009, approved by the Health Department on June 5, 2009 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
