Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 43 Town Brook Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated
2003 , Map 45 , parcel 70 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 12010 , Page 308 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan, Mill Pond Park, West Yarmouth, MA” dated May 1, 1926 , and recorded
on the Plan Book 45 , Page 17 .
The engineered plan prepared by Darren Meyer, R.S. , dated May 1, 2004 , approved by the Health Department on May 17, 2004 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per septic system size restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203.
