Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 44 Phyllis Drive , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2016 , Map 87,
Parcel 50. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 12786 , Page 291 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Pine Ridge” Subdivision Plan of Land in South Yarmouth, Mass., for Annsil, Inc.
Scale 1”=80’, Charles S. Kennedy Surveyor Designer, West Dennis, Mass., Cape Cod, Lot 77 dated July, 1963, and recorded on the Plan Book 179 Page 89.
The engineered plan prepared by Ronald J. Cadillac, R.S., P.L.S. , dated January 15, 2016 approved by the Health Department on January 20, 2016 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
