Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 44 Warbler Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2010 , Map 76
, Parcel 120. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 14929 , Page 319 .
As plan of land is known as Lot 16 and recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Land in West Yarmouth, MA for James F. Ruhan” by Crowell
and Taylor Corp, Dennis, MA Scale 1” = 60’ dated Sept. 1970 , and recorded on the Plan Book 243 Page 3 .
The engineered plan prepared by Meyer & Sons, Inc. , dated Revised August 19, 2011 approved by the Health Department on August 22, 2011 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
(b) Title 5, Section 15.203, System Sewage Flow Design Criteria
