Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 44 Horse Pond Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated
2003 , Map 55 , Parcel 45 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate 85016 , and Document 279051.
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled “Land Court Subdivision Plan 30949-F (Sheet 1) Lot 52” dated
May 12, 1978 .
The engineered plan prepared by Hunter Engineering , dated May 18, 2004 , approved by the Health Department on May 28, 2004 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203 and 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
