Dear Zoning Board Members:
I am writing in opposition to the proposed building at the above address.
The building's height and width is way beyond anything in our neighborhood. I feel the building does not fit this
site.
I would think the Zoning Board would have a difficult time approving this building especially with all the
opposition the neighborhood has expressed.
Mr. Muldoon has sent a letter to all of us recently. To bad he didn't meet with us at the beginning to explain his
planes All of this may have been avoided.. While we understand Mr. Muldoon has a right to build on the
property his consideration of our concerns would have been appreciated.
