2002 , Map 33 , parcel 18 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 10125 , Page 208 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Pilgrim Acres” dated March 24, 1945 , and recorded on the Plan Book 153 , Page
33 .
The engineered plan prepared by Demarest-McLellan Engineering , dated November 21, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on March 18, 2004 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203 & 15.405, Maximum Feasible Compliance,
Variance approval from required separation to groundwater
