RE: Zoning Appeal — 28 Little Dipper Lane, South Yarmouth
Albert J. Muldoon and Patricia J. Muldoon - Petition #5250 SEP 10 2026
REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE YMMOUTH
BOARD OF APPEALS
Dear Mr. Igoe:
As you know, this office represents Albert J. Muldoon III and Patricia J. Muldoon in the
request for a Special Permit and Variance to allow for the razing and replacing of a single family
dwelling of their property at 28 Little Dipper Lane, South Yarmouth. Hearing is scheduled for
this evening, September 10, 2026. Since fling, there have been a host of opinions submitted by
abutters regarding the proposed structure to be built and the effect it my have on the neighborhood.
The Applicants have received those comments and has begun discussions with their architect and
surveyor, in the hope that some minor "tweaks" to the existing plans will ameliorate those
concerns. Because those plans have not been completed, the Applicants would request that this
evening's hearing be continued to the October S, 2026 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting in
order to complete them. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter. If you would like me
ision on behalf of my clients, I am willing to do so.
