Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 47 Gordon Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2008 , Map 114
, parcel 79. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 20386 , Page 31 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth for Edward J. Thomas” dated August 12, 1970
, and recorded on the Plan Book 241 Page 109 .
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering, Inc. , dated March 20, 2009, approved by the Health Department on March 20, 2009 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
