Dear Members of the Board,
I am writing on behalf of the Applicant, Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod, Inc., to further
supplement the record in response to Board requests made at the August 13, 2026 hearing.
The Applicant submits the following:
1. Revised Utility, Grading Plan, C4, for Uncle Charlie's Path Subdivision dated May 26, 2026 and
further revised, which Amanda Lima, Town Engineer, in a 9.9.2026 email to Robert Reedy, P.E.
(attached) confirmed to be responsive to Town Engineering comments; and
2. Revised Landscape Plan, C2, dated 5.26.2026 and further revised to show responses to the Board's Rt.
28 screening concerns and cul-de-sac landscaping. An additional shrub has been planted at the
northerly end of the fencing between Lots I and 2 as requested by the Board. The center island of the
cul-de-sac will be planted with a native grass seed mix combined with clover seed, as are the same as
the rest of the proposed lawn spaces.
