thereon, bounded and described as follows:
x NORTHERLY by Lot 74, as shown on plan hereinafter mentioned, One Hundred Eight
4 and 02/100 (108.02) feet;
EASTERLY by Holly Lane, as shown on said plan, Eighty and 85/100 (80.85) feet;
SOUTHERLY by Lot 72, as shown on said plan, One Hundred Eleven and 35/100
(11I.35) feet; and
WESTERLY by land of Edwin J. Stalker and land of Arthur H. Appleton et ux, as
shown on said plan, Eighty and 92/100 (80.92) feet.

Yarmouth, Mass. for The Cape Cod Real Estate Exchange, Inc. Scale 1"= 60', Oct. 22, 1958,
William D. Kelley, Engineer, Yarmouthport, Mass.", which plan is duly filed in the Barnstable
County of Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 145, Page 67.
There is granted as appurtenant to the above described premises, a right of way over all the
streets, avenues, ways, roads, lanes and paths on said plan, in common with all others now or
hereafter lawfully entitled thereto.
There is reserved to Cape Cod Real Estate Exchange, Inc., a right of way over so much of said
premises as lie within the limits of the streets, avenues, ways, roads, lanes and paths on said plan,

together with the rights to install and maintain all public utilities in, over and upon so much of
said lot as lies within the limits of the streets, avenues, ways, roads, lanes and paths on said plan.
Said premises are conveyed subject to all rights, rights of way, easements, restrictions and

Meaning to convey all the same premises described in a deed dated August, 30, 2017, and
recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 3 075 1, Page 81.
