TOWN OF YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation Commission will conduct public
hearings pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetland Act,
M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Town of Yarmouth
Wetland Bylaw, Chapter 143; on October 1, 2026, beginning
at 5 p.m. for the following matters:
Request to Amend an Order of Conditions
Malcolm Nolen 64 White Cedar Road. Permitted patios and
driveway modification. Proposed guest house with deck and
patio in the buffer zone to a coastal bank.
The meeting will be held at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1 146 Route
28, South Yarmouth, MA. More information can be found
within the posted agenda on the town 9s website at
https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/AgendaCenter at least 48
hours in advance of the meeting.
The above applications are available for review by address
at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/LF or by contacting the
Conservation Office at jjerolimo@yarmouth.ma.us, between
8:30a.m. and 4:30p.m., Monday through Friday.
