A Request for Determination of Applicability filing is required for the proposed work at
43 Holly Lane due to the addition within the 100-year flood zone which triggers the
Wetlands Protection Act and the Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw, The Conservation
Commission has not yet received or reviewed an application for this project, and it is not
guaranteed that any application submitted would be closed in a single hearing. For your
information, the next available hearings are on October 15, 2026 and November 5, 2026.
We will forward additional information if this application is received and a hearing is
scheduled.
