Project:
The Applicant is seeking to further amend Special Permit#4948,as previously amended in Appeal
Nos.4420,4486,4524,4567,4705,and 5212,or a new Special Permit,to redevelop the Wicked
Waves Water Park and three former motel properties as follows;
1. Relocate the Inflatable Park rides(currently in the front center and approved for the east side)
to two of the former motel properties on the west side;
2. Relocate Aloha Bay from its approved location in the front center to the east side;
3. Locate an inflatable water ride in the front center;and
4. Close two curb cuts on Route 28 and reconfigure parking and remaining westerly access with
extended berm,fencing,and landscaping to match existing.
