(2) loads of concrete approximately (23) cubic yards of concrete were reported to have been placed during this operation.  For the staircase , concrete was supplied by Cape Cod Ready Mix concrete and was reported as a 4500-psi mix incorporating 3/4-inch nominal maximum aggregate. (1) loads of concrete approximately (10) cubic yards of concrete were reported to have been placed during this operation. Concrete was discharged and transported to the placement area using a concrete pump by Marguerite Concrete . Placement operations were observed throughout the area, including areas adjacent to openings and corners. Concrete consolidation was performed using an internal vibrator and manual methods where necessary.
