The purpose of this form is to determine if your business complies with the Town of Yarmoulh Zoning Bylaw. The applicant
shall complete the top section ofthis form and file it with the Building Department. Once the Building Department has
made a determination, it will be fbrwarded to the Town Clerk.
The Building Department will rcnder a determinatiou based on the following factors: (a) The business/use, actiyity, (b) The
zoning dislricl in which the business is to be ktcated. Alloweduses ore bosedon Zofiing Bylaw Table 202.5 and (c) previors
or new zoning rclieflrom the T.oning Board of Appeals.
