RE: Steve and Mae Wishar
Gentlemen:
As I recall the decision of the Board of Appeals
in the above matter, such decision which granted the
appeal was contingent upon approval of the local and
State Sanitary Boards.
Apparently, from the copy of letter received this
day from the Selectmen, dated June 1 th, the local
Board has given its approval but, as I understand it,
the State Board has not.
I must call to your attention that this permit
for building should not have been issued until both
approvals had been obtained.
It is possible that the Town will be faced with
another law suit which could have been prevented by
adhering to the Board of Appeals decision.
