Dear Sirs:
Enclosed please find two ( 2) copies each of A) the Certified
Inspection Report , dated 5-23-85; and , B) the "As-Built" Site
Plan of Land in South Yarmouth , MA prepared for Palmer Davenport
and David G. Mugar (Trustees) , dated 5-23-85, as prepared by
Nickerson & Berger, Inc . , R.L.S. & P.E.
Our findings indicate that the work has been completed in sub-
stantial compliance with said plans, except for the following
minor corrections :
1 ) Some shrubbery along the western property line need to be
completed - it was expected to be completed 5-23-85.
2 ) Final cleanup to be done - it was expected to be completed
5-23-85.
3 ) A berm must be installed at the entrance drive to direct
runoff water from the parking area into the catch basin.
