to a Purchase & Sale Agreement for the sale, transfer and conveyance of real property
located at l5 Commercial Street, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, and do on our oaths
dcpose and state as follows:
The property does not have a legal bedroom in the basement ofthe premises;
and
No one has and no one will be sleeping in the basement or using any room in
the basement as a bedroom.
