The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on October 15,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability.
Roy Araujo, 16 Howes Road.
Proposed addition in LSCSF.
Rober Neale, 8 Holly Lane.
After -the -fact filing for a
400sgft deck in LSCSF.
Notice of Intent
Peter Smialek, 47 Briar
Circle. Proposed raze and
replace of a single family
dwelling and new septic
system in LSCSF.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
be found within the posted
agenda on the town's
website at

hours in advance of the
meeting.
