The Writer Department will not be able to have a
representative attend the December 3 , 1996 meeting ,
My only comment on all three projects is that no above or
below ground structures be located within ten ( 10) teet or
any water service or water main .
Prior to construction , the owner shall contact the
Yarmouth Water Department to verify the location of any
water service or water main as it relates to the proposed
projects . Any water service ( s ) or water main ( s ) which
fall within ten ( 10 ) feet of the proposed projects , shall
be relocated or sleeved at the owner ' s expense .
