NOTICE
The Yarmouth Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at
8 : 00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 6, 1982 , in the hearing room
of Yarmouth Town Hall to consider rescinding lots 133 through
137 , 139 through 155 and lot 182 , as well as two 20 ' ways
shown on Land Court Plans 14114D and 14114J, and Planning
Board 42576 , for Palmer Davenport and David G . Mugar, Trustees
of the Riviera Motel , by Nickerson & Berger Inc . , the property
located on the south side of South Shore Drive , adjacent to
the existing Riviera Motel .
