We request a permit to replace cedar shingles on our newly purchased home at 19 Shell
Drive. We do not currently live full time in Yarmouth. It is currently our second home.
However, we fully expect to make our home at 19 Shell Drive our primary residence starting
in January 2028. This time allows us to make repairs on the property.
We respectfully request the approval for a permit to replace the cedar shingles without the
requirement of a licensed contractor.
