Dear Veracelma Pastorini,
We have reviewed the records of the Yarmouth Health Department and have identified you
as the owner of the property above.
In accordance with Town of Yarmouth Bylaw,Chapter 108-Occupancy of Buildings, it is
mandatory for all rental properties to be registered with the Yarmouth Health Department annually.
The registration fee for each unit is$80 per year for annual rentals.
To ensure compliance,you are required to complete and sign the enclosed registration for all units,
providing all the required information,within 7 days of receiving this letter.Alternatively,you can
conveniently register online by visiting our website at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/127/Health
and following the rental registration instructions.
Failure to comply with the registration requirements, as stated in§108-2 of the Town of
Yarmouth Bylaw,can result in a fine of up to$300 per day,with each day constitutes a
separate offense.
