Dear Bruce:
On April 1 and 2, 1991 , we conducted inspections of the sewage disposal system
installations made at the above-noted property.
Our inspection of April 1 found the sewage disposal systems to be approximately
8" to 10" below the elevations specified on the plan, and the installation
contractor was notified to correct the installations.
On April 2, we reinspected the system installations. After the installation
contractor made some additional corrections, the systems were determined to be
in substantial compliance with the approved plans with respect to location and
elevation.
At the completion of our inspection on April 2, the installation contractor was
installing the PVC pipe which interconnects the leaching trenches on Lot 1 , prior
to backfilling both systems.
It should be noted that the connections from the buildings to the septic tanks
were not existing at the time of our inspection. However, the installation
contractor had installed a short length of pipe into the inlet end of each septic
tank, to which the plumber would connect his pipe.
