All work described in "Estimate 4787 from Chris Lombardi Certified Arborist" is
approved. Pruning must adhere to the Town of Yarmouth Pruning Guidelines, and any trees removed
must be flush cut. In addition, the pine on the left side of the house may be removed if a certified
arborist can provide a written statement explaining why it needs to be removed. If so, it will need to be
replaced by planting native vegetation approved by conservation.
