Repairs to the existing rear deck, accessible ramp and stair at the back of the library, per Cape Architecture drawing Al
dated 10/21/26 (attached). Remove and replace decking, stair treads, post covers and rails. Inspect and repair framing,
posts and post bases in their existing positions. Existing sonotube footings retained. Existing double galvanized ramp
handrail removed, stored and reinstalled. No change to footprint, layout, height or use. Materials: IPE decking, natural
(unpainted) finish; IPE stair treads with AZEK risers; AZEK post covers, caps and rail system in white. Work is at the rear
of the building and is not visible from Main Street (Route 6A).

WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant. applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National and
State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of Appropriate
ness Demolition Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as required
by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soar as convenient after such public hearing,- but in any event tit ithin forty-fr ve (45) days after
the filing of application. or within such f Irther time as the applicant shall allow in writing, the
Committee shall make a determination on the application. "
