I felt we got a bigger bang for our money spent. All sinks were checked this summer for leaks and all should have been repaired. If you see any that have not please put in a work order so we may repair. Heating pipe in tunnel has been completely drained and they are working on the repair now. It will be finished before heating season. All filters have had their change in the building. I have noticed a difference since the exhaust was installed so I am hoping that this has helped. I went down the other hallways and could not detect the intensity I did when walking in front of the office. I am having second thoughts about the staircase area. Today after school Scott and Dan will be investigating in the tunnels. Sandra J. If I remember correctly, you were going to replace the vent panel in the closet door to help dissipate the chemical odor buildup in that room, too. Keep us posted and we can do a walk through with you again once the rooftop exhaust fans are installed so we have a record of a re-inspection to help with any calls to our office. We are in the process of repairing the roof top units too for exhaust in that wings instead of putting one exhaust in that closet. Just waiting for the costs from our vendor. Also, we found that there were many sink leaks. Teachers put rolls of paper towel under their sinks instead of writing work orders to repair.
