Greene, Jr. t.,(//'r�'%� Deputy Chief SUBJECT: Site Plan Review for Tuesday, October 18, 1994 DATE: October 17, 1994 I will be unable to attend Site Flan due to a conflict in plans, but would like to make the following comments. Regards the Blue Water Resort , 297 South Shore Drive, and the Edge of the Sea Motel , Inc. This appears to be a rather confusing set of plans and the explanation as set forth in the Board of Appeals application has led to further confusion in my interpretation. It appears that the extent of the work that is to be performed involving several buildings being renovated through expansion and demolition/expansion will require that several of the buildings will have to contain sprinkler systems to comply with current codes. Fire Alarm systems, as well as the sprinkler systems being tied into an alarm company or the fire department , will also be required. Fire Extinguishers will be required in all units that contain kitchens, and I am most concerned about the fire and emergency access to several of the buildings.
