Recommend await DEP orders. Recommend:Raise distribution box cover,clean interior of box and exit laterals.

replacement. clear debris from leaching field lines. Water test lines and field.
Recommend any low lying distribution box covers be raised as to not allow water and sand infiltration.
Recommend systems 1-12 have the lines between the septic tank and distribution box jetted/cleaned.
