The following is list of corrective actions for the 14 Septic systems on property:
SYSTEM A: level distri'&ution box:water test to assure the southern leaching area is receiving flow.
SYSTEM B: level disttrrilution box:water test to assure the Western leaching area is receiving flow
SYSTEM 1:tank: install inlet teifi possible. D-box:clean box&balance.Spee e 1,"1-c

Recommend await DEP orders. Recommend: Raise distribution box cover,clean interior of box and exit laterals.

oQ,,,y SYSTEM 12: Grease Trap:extend ir(let and outlet tee's.tank: install inlet tee if possible. Distribution box requires
replacement. clear debris from leaching field lines. Water test lines and field.
Recommend any low lying distribution box covers be raised as to not allow water and sand infiltration.
Recommend systems 1-12 have the lines between the septic tank and distribution box jetted/cleaned.
