NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 26, 2026 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: httas:flIf.yarm0uth.ma.uslWebLinkjBrowse.asox?id=904379&rena=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

1. 26-A115 Todd Olson (Owner) and ERT Architects, Inc. (Agent): To build an addition, new windows,
siding, roofing, and trim at 319 Route 6A
2. 26-A116 Elaine Petrauskas (Owner) and Portal Construction Company, Inc. (Agent): To replace and
paint front door at 27 Newfield Lane
3. 26-A117 Jack and Sharon Lombardozzi (Owners): To replace front entry and storm doors at 52 Amy Lane
4. 26-A118 Mary Gibney (Owner) and Sunrun Installation Services (Agent): To install 39 solar panels on
the front, side, and rear roofs at 26 Nickerson Farm Way
5. 26-A119 Oliver and Natasha Brahmst (Owners) and William Henchy (Agent): To restore and maintain
post -and -rail, wrought iron, and garden fencing, and restore and maintain driveway gates at 88 and 100 Mill
Lane
6. 26-A120 Sarah and Robert Tarantino (Owners) and Seventh Home Services, Inc. (Agent): To replace
front steps, front walk, and add front patio at 6 Greenland Circle
7. 26-A121 52 Cromwell Drive Realty Trust (Owner) and Sotir Papalilo (Agent): To construct a new single-
family dwelling at 52 Cromwell Drive
8. 26-A122 John Dennehy and Patricia Hunter -Dennehy (Owners) and Nathan Bailey (Agent): To replace
garage door with French door at 36 Belle of the West Road
9. 26-A123 Joseph and Valerie Tucker (Owners): To replace the front door at 111 Merchant Ave.
