Dear Chair Robert Wilkins, Vice Chair Cindy Ecker, and members Paul Grimble and John Grady:
The applicants state in their notice of intent to restore and maintain post -and -rail, wrought iron,
and garden fencing, and restore and maintain driveway gates at 88 and 100 Mill Lane. However,
as the enclosed pictures show, no driveway gates currently exist at 88 and 100 Mill Lane.
Furthermore, during the October 26 hearing, Natashia Brahmst claimed that a fence between
100 and 108 Mill Lane would not be visible from the street. But no such fence exists, as shown
in another enclosure.
Please take this information into consideration when deciding whether to approve the
applicants' notice of intent.
