1. SEPTIC SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO
310 CMR 15.000 (TITLE V) AND THE TOWN OF YARMOUTH
BOARD OF HEALTH REGULATIONS.
2. ALL PIPES SHALL BE 4" SHEDULE 40 PVC EXCEPT FOR THE
BUILDING SEWER WHICH SHALL BE 4" CAST IRON.
3. THE DISTRIBUTION BOX SHALL BE WATER TESTED TO INSURE
LEVELNESS AND EQUAL FLOW.
4. ALL COVERS TO SEPTIC SYSTEM UNITS SHALL BE BROUGHT TO
FINISHED GRADE AND SHALL BE HEAVY DUTY CAST IRON.
5. THE OWNERS ENGINEER SHALL INSPECT AND CERTIFY SYSTEM
CONSTRUCTION AND FINAL GRADING.
6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CALL DIGSAFE PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
