RE: Subsurface Sewage Disposal System Inspection Report, 209 Blue Rock Road, South
Yarmouth
Dear Mr. Jamiel:
This letter is in regard to the septic inspection report of the above referenced property
conducted by Joseph Martins of Accu Sepcheck. A septic repair permit was taken out by
CC Construction to repair the distribution box as per the conditional septic inspection
report but this office has no evidence that the garbage disposal the needed to be removed
has been done. If it has would you please either submit a copy of the bill that you
received for the removal or send along a brief statement that is signed indicating that it
was removed and any information that you might have regarding the date and person who
performed the removal. Until such time as this information is received, the report will
continue to be a conditional report and cannot be used for purposes of real estate transfer.
